Meet Our Pastors

Dan Hardin

Senior Pastor

I was saved as a nine year old boy. I was baptized, went to church and grew in the Lord through my childhood days. I started preaching in the streets at the age of seventeen. I went to Bible College and married my high school sweetheart, Joy Loveday, in 1972. I was licensed by Dr. G. B. Vick and ordained into the gospel ministry in 1974. I have been involved in church planting in Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Michigan. I have served as the senior pastor at the Gateway Anabaptist Church for over 22 years now.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

I was born again in September of 1990. The Lord led me to Gateway in June of 1996 and I started preaching on the streets.  I went through the discipleship program and attended the Michigan Bible Institute offered at Gateway, graduating in 1999.  I became Dean of the Michigan Bible Institute in 2001 and I head up the Biblical Evangelism Street Preaching efforts of the church. God has been gracious to me and has given me a wonderful wife and seven children.

“This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.” ~Psalm 34:6
